It is with great pleasure that we announce the official opening of our 2027 wedding calendar. As one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Raleigh, we are honored to welcome a new season of couples ready to begin planning the celebration of a lifetime.
Our North Carolina estate wedding venue spans 15 acres of matured landscaping and offers a setting unlike any other. With a rose garden ceremony site, seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces, and an elegant grand ballroom, our venue is designed to inspire. As a Raleigh wedding venue known for excellence in service and experience, we proudly offer award-winning catering from Donovan’s Dish, and a commitment to thoughtful hospitality throughout every event. This is the ideal destination for 2027 brides envisioning an estate celebration in a refined and picturesque setting.

HOW CAN WE GET STARTED?

ARE TOURS AVAILABLE BEFORE WE BOOK?
Yes. We offer private in-person and virtual tours by appointment. Please submit a request through our inquiry form to schedule.
CAN WE PLACE A HOLD ON OUR IDEAL DATE?
Yes. We offer one complimentary 48-hour hold, during which you can review an agreement and ask final questions. To place a hold, simply submit an inquiry via our form.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE OUR DATE?
A signed agreement, a nonrefundable retainer (50% of the Venue Fee and 50% of the Beverage Minimum, if applicable), and a refundable $1,500 security deposit.
HOW CAN WE BOOK?
Once you're ready to move forward, complete our inquiry form with your name and preferred date, and our team will be in touch to make it official.
WHAT VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO USE?
To ensure a seamless experience, we require the use of our Exclusive Vendor List for catering, planning, floral design, and rentals. We also provide a Vendor Guide with highly recommended professionals in other categories, which are optional.
WILL PRICING BE DIFFERENT FROM 2026?
Yes. Due to high demand, there will be a $500 surcharge on Fridays and a $1,000 surcharge on Saturdays in May, June, September, and October 2027.
WHEN WILL 2027 BAR PRICING BE AVAILABLE?
Final bar pricing will be released in late 2025. While pricing is subject to change, we anticipate no more than a 5–10% increase from 2026.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR BYOB?
No. Due to state law, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Donovan Manor provides full-service bar packages to ensure a safe, seamless, and elevated guest experience.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?
We recommend booking as soon as you're ready. Demand for 2027 weddings is high, and popular dates will go quickly.
ARE THERE ANY NEW VENUE UPDATES?
Yes. We’ve just planted climbing roses along the entire north side of the Infinity Garden fence and will soon be adding ivy along the parking-lot side. Even fully indoor events will enjoy this romantic new view as it grows in through 2026 and 2027. We can’t wait for you to see it in full bloom.
